pack ramen kinda sucks,, i‘ve been making this instead and it rocks sooo much harder. its also EXTREMELY easy, takes maybe 10 minutes of prep.
2 packs of ramen 1 thinly sliced scallion 2 tablespoons thai chili sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4th tsp of garlic powder red pepper flakes
mix all the liquid ingredients and the garlic powder in a bowl, toss the unseasoned ramen in the sauce, garnish with scallions, and add red pepper flakes to taste. sooooo good. so easy. love you all!

it's my go to "fuck i forgot about dinner" dinner. scores extremely high on taste, convenience, and price. all you need to do is boil water and put it in and take it out and it takes like 15-20 minutes. my family likes to eat it with chinese black vinegar but soy sauce also works.
