it’s so sad when people say that they hate country music. i get that the modern day patriotic/nationalistic country pop leaves a sour taste, but, there is a huge difference between modern day country and old timey outlaw country.
artists used to sing about the faults in the prison system and injustices that the working class faced, the lyrics used to be very poetic and raw. so i recommend listening to johnny cash, hank williams and woody guthrie.
