Cracking my head open

I was probably about four. I was walking down wooden stairs in my parents room (where I wasn’t supposed to be), and I slipped and cracked my head on the corner of a fireplace. I don’t remember falling, just walking down the hall crying and looking for my parents.

Breaking a bone

I’ve broken 6 bones so far. Not purposefully. I have extremely weak bones (?) other than the pain there’s literally nothing bad about it you Just get a lot of attention for a couple weeks and then can sit and do nothing and read a bunch for 3-4 months

I WAS DOING A HANDSTAND AGAINST THE WALL AND I FELL.

That on its own would be pretty embarrassing, but my kneecap hit the wall on it's way down.. I don't know which was more humbling, having to tell people why my knee was injured, or having to tell my parents (who I'm still living with) about why their wall was dented. so I hope that makes you feel better 😭

Reclaim control over social media

it controls our lives so much I think we forget that it’s actually in a little box of glass and metal and that WE are the ones who use it, not the other way around.
i wanna turn mine into a photo album, reclaim the purpose of it as a place to just share photos of nice moments whenever I feel like it. Fuck social media anxiety these are just little icons on my phone so who caressssss

Prioritize people

prioritize seeing friends and family over your to-do list. since I live in another country, I learned to do that anytime I have a chance.
do I have this really important thing I need to do for uni? yes. will I do it? after lunch with my grandma and coffee with my friends, thank you very much. they might die, and my work unfortunately cannot.
