If you're anything like me, you're allergic to most everything outside and every animal in the world. I've found that if I don't take my allergy medication, I will get a bad post nasal drip, which then turns into a sore throat, and left untreated I will get a sinus infection. Now that I yet again have entered the sore throat stage (death), I remember the importance of taking my allergy medication.

they're very bad this year, i can barely go outside for a prolonged period of time. been taking allegra as well as using an inhaler and nasal spray. i have a doctor's appointment soon but i just wanna go outside and see everything bloom. does any1 possibly have recs on anything that may help ?

I gotta say, these allergies have me in a CHOKEHOLD. But in spirit of trying to see the 'glass half full' type shit, having allergies is actually making me feel a little high. It's a natural high! I can't remember anything that happened last night, why? Because the allergies have literally taken over my brain! It's a weird state to be in; if you have friends that are STRUGGLING right now, be nice to them, we're just trying to survive out there.

Sometimes you listen to a song and you just don't get it. "Skip" you say. This was me when I first heard You Killed The Music by Debbi Dawson. Then I saw the music video and everything changed. I got it. Now when I play the song I'm transported to an ABBA-esque, sparkly, low resolution, kaleidoscope dream world. Sometimes you really just need a good visual to connect to a project.
