i just got 22 ads on TikTok in 10 minutes they stopped the second i said that i wasn't interested the second my feed refreshed, there was two more ads crash out of the day :{ )

i either find the best videos ever or the most upsetting content ever. it’s like my fyp was made to keep me in an anxiety loop and keep scrolling forever until i find peace and dopamine that lasts longer than 10 seconds (which can’t be found on tiktok) 🤔🤔🤨

I AM ON IT FOR 5 MINUTES A DAY all i do is like my friends posts, maybe take some drafts where i hype myself up by lipsynching and looking pretty and amazing as i do (self confidence is key to literally everything in life), and then maybe post some material for my artist project on my page to promote it. it is simply a tool for me and i will not let myself scroll for more than 5 videos on my fyp love learning to control my impulses and taking control of my digital life!!!

Use it! I now don’t see videos that Require me to interact to avoid bad luck, anti aging tips, thrift hauls, etc. it actually does make my life better.

I read somewhere that a guy maintained a fully fit physique because he allowed himself one donut a day... ? I don't know how that works but his philosophy is that if you allow yourself to have a tiny amount of your craving in good portions, its better than restricting yourself from them and then inevitably crashing and eating bunch ? idk I always snack on caramel rice cakes for 50 calories
