i’ve been volunteering at my local soup kitchen for going on two months now! it gives my week purpose and i really look forward to it. HUGE admiration for the people who actually work there, they’re doing a million jobs in one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I spent the morning helping box up 3,500 Thanksgiving meals for people in need in my community! It was really nice I highly recommend volunteering at your local food bank, soup kitchen, shelter, etc to give back this holiday! 💌
I have recently been volunteering at a charity shop on my street. I love it, I love being a part of my own area and meeting the people who live near me. There's something about a charity shop that draws wonderfully interesting people who really, really want to chat. It's lovely and I love valuing and being valued. Plus, my manager always gives me chocolate biscuits.
