In Ottawa the 4th Saturday of May is the Great Glebe Garage Sale (The Glebe being a relatively wealthy and old central neighborhood) and it‘s big enough that it took me and my companion an hour to go down one street at 7:30 am. My last couple of recs feature some other great finds from that garage sale. Today I choose to bring your attention to this gorgeous metallic, cross-legged figure which holds wine bottles! $5! Right now it’s holding a redbull because I am only an inexperienced 21, but the second I get to a winery in my future travels, I will buy a nice, (reasonably) expensive bottle of red with a pretty label and give him real purpose.
Other item I’d like to point out is “Dad’s Pink Floyd CD”. My dad never listens to music so I’m excited to live vicariously through this Dad.
