Anora had me reflecting on certain preconceptions about my family and questioning whether my grandmother had won in the end, unlike the protagonist of the movie, having a vindication for herself.
this novel healed me from my reading slump, I wrote about it in depth this week and linked it but I cannot stop thinking about it. sisterhood, midwest, how it feels to be a girl in the world, yearning, Doritos. recommend!!!
