excellent game, it feels like not just a sequel but more of a parody of the original stanley parable. the jokes are hilarious and i love the meta-commentary added in this version.
overall, i do think everything is a bucket in some way shape or form. it makes sense if you think about it really hard

This game / series is perfect and, personally, one of those things that steers you into a lot of your life choices without realizing it. For the 20th anniversary of its release, they released an interactive commentary mode (there are different nodes placed across the game that trigger audio journals with dev insights). I'm not quite done with it, but it has been exceedingly interesting in how it details the different systems (human and computational) that made the whole thing come together. I feel like an absolute nerd gushing about it but it's worth the air.

this world is something storytellers DREAM of. got that soulsborne-esque drip fed vague lore (though i highly recommend mossbag's videos on the lore as we know it v entertaining i watch the main one to go to sleep all the time). it's almost addicting to try & discover more of the world, tackle the incredibly fun bosses and meet this world's inhabitants (shout out corniselda hive), which is a great motivator especially for a game this difficult.
and when i say difficult, i am not even remotely mincing words. carpal tunnel gang beware.
true story: i actually had to buy this game twice. i initially got it on switch, but the brief moments of joycon drift i was experiencing was enough to fuck up moments of precision platforming that need to be done pitch perfectly, bc some sections can be extremely unforgiving with checkpoints and backtracking. so, i caved and bought it again on steam, happily, bc a team like this deserves every goddamn penny
no exaggeration, a once in a lifetime experience. the amount of content you get for such a low price tag is staggering. triple a's WISH they could be this complete and satisfying

This game is very witty and there is so much to love about the game. I love the art, the characters, the dialogue, the game mechanics, and pretty much everything else in it. I love games with dialogue trees and especially when it is written amazingly. Great isometric detective game. I promise anyone can have fun in this game. Get the Final Cut version because it has more voice acting than the original I believe.

something about it feels magical, went there a few nights ago. of all the landmarks we have down here in auburn i think this particular taco bell is the most important. it is also the first place i’ve ever had a mountain dew baja blast, which i also recommend trying if you’ve never had
