No not lactose sensitive! intolerant. My life has improved VASTLY since I stopped drinking milk turns out chronic stomach pains and needing to go to the toilet all the time isnt normal 🤔😔

what has helped me immensely for any symptoms has been supplementing with a high level of probiotics + fibrous foods. kombucha, yogurt, those inner-eco coconut water shots with probiotics are a godsend. Oatmeal, chia, and the like is great oxalate rich foods like kale, beans, nuts etc actually have no effect on me but everyone is a little different, I still eat them. spice + fat + alcohol = nightmare fuel, I try to avoid this glad I’m talking about this! there’s no shame - everybody poops, sometimes it’s just way more painful

It'll upset your stomach until your body gets used to it! Start with drinking a little bit every morning and increase the amount gradually so that your gut flora has time to adjust :)

It is summer time and everyone is out dancing and drinking, meeting new lovers or growing with old lovers. I am left watching as I work for money and for a better version of myself. My winter was wild and shocking with polycules and new friends, flirting and drinking everyday barely had a second to look after myself let alone my dog(Ted). the strangest thing is how I’m very happy not doing much, I love my own company and I’m getting a complete 8 hours of sleep with no lovers to keep me awake at night or disrupt my eating schedule from nausea. I feel wrong for this though like I should be making every memory possible, Jam Pack as many emotions and experiences as I can whilst young and it’s summer. but I’m so happy, I need to stop being mean to myself, for changing my mind on what I truly want.
