what has helped me immensely for any symptoms has been supplementing with a high level of probiotics + fibrous foods. kombucha, yogurt, those inner-eco coconut water shots with probiotics are a godsend. Oatmeal, chia, and the like is great oxalate rich foods like kale, beans, nuts etc actually have no effect on me but everyone is a little different, I still eat them. spice + fat + alcohol = nightmare fuel, I try to avoid this glad I’m talking about this! there’s no shame - everybody poops, sometimes it’s just way more painful

I’m serious. This is not a joke. I tried eating fiber and taking laxatives to help, but goddamn! I think I just tend to have very hard stool! It‘s become such a big part of my life that my husband has started to notice when I stiffen up during the weeks and he knocks his knuckles on my big, stool filled belly! It sounds like knocking on a door. Although, it does seem to help ever so slightly, it maybe mushes it all up? Also I have noticed that when this happens, I don’t fart either. Almost like there’s a big cloud blocking the sun—if you know what I mean! 😂 Please give me recommendations, Ingrid Bezzle ❤️

Been plagued by ulcers most of my life and can say yoghurt is your only "fermented" food that hurts, but helps it leave fast. Most, if not all, fermented foods are soaked in spices or acidic solutions (looking at you, vinegar). It is what it is, I have resigned myself to weeks of water and fresh "healthy" living, when the ulcers occur.
