UPDATE: I don‘t feel as crazy as I thought I would just a little sore but that’s it. I forgot to mention before doing this that I would do stretches almost daily so that could play a major factor in me feeling okay. N E ways, key takeaway is do ur stretches 🤸🏾‍♀️
one of my new years resolutions was to be more consistent with yoga but I usually do the workouts related to flexibility. Today I did one that was strength/flexibility and it made me realize I have no muscles strength AT ALL!! I’m gonna feel crazy as hell when I wake up tomorrow.

did my first strength workout in months and woke up with such a delightful soreness in my muscles that was further made lovely by a 40 minute stretching and breath work session. can’t rec enough how happy my body feels to have gotten to move this way this morning.

Ain‘t nothing going on over here,It’s just okay. It does the job of moisturizing but ive been using it since December and haven’t notice a great change. the cream retails for $30 so I don’t think it’s worth it. I got it on sale for like $15/16 so it’s not that much of a serious loss to me but I would not get it at full price. TL;DR Average moisturizer, not worth full retail price
