Often this is your body telling you it doesn’t have enough core strength. It has to hold your spine up all day! If strength training isn’t part of your regular activity, try introducing planks, crunches, superman, etc. Regular yoga or pilates are also great solutions.

Back pain is often an indication of weak core muscles. If you don’t already do strength training, it’s worth working in abdominal exercises into your routine.

did my first strength workout in months and woke up with such a delightful soreness in my muscles that was further made lovely by a 40 minute stretching and breath work session. can’t rec enough how happy my body feels to have gotten to move this way this morning.
