Often this is your body telling you it doesn’t have enough core strength. It has to hold your spine up all day! If strength training isn’t part of your regular activity, try introducing planks, crunches, superman, etc. Regular yoga or pilates are also great solutions.

strengthen ur core (planks + level up w forearms on a medicine ball) Cobra pose (lie on ur stomach and push ur body up legs on floor behind you Whenever u have to sit for long periods of time make sure you stand up and stretch at leaaaast once every hour Strengthen ur neck I know that sounds insane I looove the videos by ”man flow yoga“ on YouTube and the vibes r amazing obviously

If the voice in your head is being too mean ask it if it would talk to someone you love this way. My internal monologue can be a 💩 and this sometimes can help it be more constructive
