I recently finished the Valis tetralogy by Philip K. Dick. I loved Valis (the first in the series) but as it went on, it got super heady and tedious. But yanno what? Iโm glad I finished every book. I feel like my opinions and analysis are vindicated after seeing it all through and even if I didnโt love the experience, I wouldnโt say I suffered any grave loss of my time or anything. Being a completionist is cool, and Iโd rather have something bad to say than nothing at all.
