debilitatingly stiff and awkward and struggling to connect with people but doing my best. when you look at my profile you probably see a girl who has it all but really there's a large part of me that's immature and underdeveloped. the first time i watched this show i was like wow this guy acts in the same off-putting way i do and managed to monetize it maybe there is hope other characters i see myself in: kayla day (eighth grade), beau wassermann (beau is afraid), justine (raw), portia (the white lotus), and regrettably a little dee reynolds. i have been compared to april ludgate a lot in my life too but i've never seen parks and rec. it's happened so many times that i'm scared to watch it and learn how people perceive me

nathan for you — HILARIOUS satirical docu-reality tv show

Its a satirical reality show hosted by Nathan — a partly fictional recent business graduate who comes up with the most out of pocket marketing strategies to help real business. In one of the episodes Nathan was trying to help this home-cleaning service and he thought if 1 maid takes 2 hours to clean a house and 2 maids take 1 hour then can 40 maids clean the house in 6 minutes?? Stupid or pure genius?? Doesn’t matter cause it worked 😭 - Reminds me of fleabag - Episodes filled with hilarious cringe comedy that expose how fucking awkward and absurd people are - Has some truly heart touching moments, shows real vulnerability, if you also feel like a weird awkward nerd, you’ll definitely relate to the shows host. In the later episodes Nathan also came up with schemes to become a better person (like creating a fake dating reality tv show to learn how to talk to women) and they're so profoundly absurd but beautiful I LOVE IT.

PARKS & REC S3E3

I already started loving Parks & Rec when I started it, but I realised something which increased that liking even more. As and when you start watching different shows, you get to slowly remember the characters’ full names. In Parks & Rec they do a brilliant job doing this and bringing different ways to bring out characters’ full names. The biggest such way is Chris. He keeps pointing his finger at people and taking their full names (Ann Perkins, Leslie Knope xD). Ron Swanson‘s name keeps coming up in different episodes (swanson pyramid, gladiator -> swanson). Tom keeps bringing out his own name (sharing his name Tom Haverford to all the new girls in Snake Hole lounge; TH writen on his merch). Parks department constantly keep taking name of Jerry Gergich (especially Leslie xD) while making fun of him. Mark Brandawicz‘s keeps coming up courtesy Tom who takes his last name (and of course Mark Brandanquitz, as named by Leslie). Andy keeps taking April’s full name (Ludgate) when he tried to win her back in S2. “Andy Dwyer” keeps coming up when he fell in pit back in S1. And Leslie, of course — everyone new who comes gets introduced to- Leslie Knope as the deputy in the Parks department, by herself xD
