This 11 minute guided breathing always helps me calm down. I did it right before an interview today, and it helped settle my nerves before, although the first few minutes of the interview I think I sorta blacked out lol. Anyways highly reccomend this awesome Dutch freak of nature and his methods. Also if you can send good vibes to the universe for me, thanks<3

I recommend a couple deep breaths right now, it wont cost you anything or take away too much time. breathing deeply reduces stress, increases blood flow and blood levels, and itโ€™s probably the best way for the average person to catch a break from the endless chatter of the mind. Take some breaths, breathe in for a little longer than you breathe out, try to enjoy it.
Thatโ€™s all, be well

winter - sweet oranges, persimmon etc summer - big heirloom tomato and sprinkle of salt, watermelon, stone fruit no need to worry about the mess bc u just wash it right away! someone or maybe the internet recommended eating a cold orange or other citrus in a hot shower and I can confirm that is also a great sensory experience
