This 11 minute guided breathing always helps me calm down. I did it right before an interview today, and it helped settle my nerves before, although the first few minutes of the interview I think I sorta blacked out lol. Anyways highly reccomend this awesome Dutch freak of nature and his methods. Also if you can send good vibes to the universe for me, thanks<3

We might be in the golden era of running shoes. Actually we might be on the decline from it on second thought. But the running shoes of today are not the running shoes of 10 years ago.
