Honestly the best way to reinvent yourself is just to live. Being in a new place with new people will expose you to so many amazing things you never would have been aware off if you stayed at home.
Big tip is to just try things, figure out what you like without the pressure of feeling like you have to keep up a performance! try new outfit styles, new hair do, new clubs and hobbies just get out there and experience everything!
Itβs freeing I can promise you. Slightly scary at times but the best thing I was ever told was feel the fear and do it anyway.

who are you when you're not performing for people?
try new clothes, new music, new hobbies. Visit new places, try new things and do it all alone. You'll start carving out the person you are. What sticks will stick and what doesn't doesn't. The best part is that you have no pressure to be anybody you're not. You will most likely die still finding who you are. What a joy!

life is literally just existing, do it how you want too. when I find myself thinking too hard about how Iβm presenting myself I try mentally slapping my self out of it by remembering that Iβll never see most of these people again. if I do see them again I remind myself I want them to know me as myself not as a person I curated for them. Itβs never that serious, so all we got do is have fun dance and be in the moment.

It is very easy to get in your own head when you want to try something new, or you want to change something in your life. Sometimes the biggest obstacle to doing something is the belief that you aren't allowed to do or be something outside of peoples expectations. Whether its a little thing like getting something different than your usual at a cafe, or something big like changing careers, you need to stop obsessing over invisible rules and expectations and just do it. You're freer than you think you are.
