They are so fucking cool like do you know how hard it is to see a nautilus in real life it's really fucking hard* and meanwhile you can just go to the aquarium to hang out with one. Excellent
*they only surface for a little while in the super early morning and not even close to shore, at least not when I tried and failed to meet one. I was so sleepy in that tiny rubber boat it was 5am and the nautiluses didnt even show up

this one is actually huge. i put them on in the background if i'm painting, throw em on the family tv after christmas dinner, simply whenever it's clear that the vibe needs to be calm and fascinating.
my favs are these nautilus expeditions but honestly even one of those generic 4K TROPICAL AMAZING FISH 10-HOUR STREAM can hit.

I went snorkeling for the first time today. The ocean is vast and I love and admire her for being awe inspiring. But like any big beautiful queen I was very intimidated by her. The first to jump in, I looked past our boat into the blue nothingness that sent abject fear and loneliness through my blood. Fighting against every primal urge i started swimming towards the raised coral reefs and was greeted by an explosion of colorful aliens. "this is space" i thought. Striped fish of every color, lil lobster guys and an octopus. weird! i was in love, i wish my eyes were like chameleons so i could look in every direction. this was better than sitting on the beach. this was better than sex. this was the greatest moment of my life.

Instead I went to a real art convention and bought prints and trinkets from real human artists and it feels really nice and I got some cool stuff. Suck it evil robot machine. I will appreciate human made art forever ðĨðĨðĨ

So the difference between yuri on ice and attack on titan is pretty vast, so I'll give some reqs and also why I'm req'ing them:
Mob Psycho 100 [genre: weird]: don't get put off by the artstyle, the animation is fantastic and the characters are very very likeable. Go in blind! You won't regret it. Has little to no fanservice.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann [genre: mecha]: Ever wondered what was up with big robots? This anime has big robots. They get so big you won't even believe it. The animation is incredibly..bouncy. Fanservice/unnecessary nudity-level medium.
Kill La Kill [genre: magical girl? nudity?]: if you liked Gurren Lagann but wants more magical girls and less clothes. This one is incredibly weird in ways only anime can be. Fanservice-level extremely high but it makes a weird amount of sense within the story, I just...yeah. I have warned you.
One Punch Man [genre: superhero/shonen]: The first season is a very funny take on the superhero genre and supremely entertaining. I skipped the following seasons, you do what you want! :D Fanservice low!
The Apothecary Diaries [genre: mystery/romance]: A mystery / romance set in the court of the chinese emperor's concubines. Honestly it's mostly a medical mystery show and I thought it was very well crafted! The main character is excellent.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood [genre: adventure/shonen]: This is a longer show but it's about two brothers who know alchemy and their..alchemical adventures. It's just really good!
