this one is actually huge. i put them on in the background if i'm painting, throw em on the family tv after christmas dinner, simply whenever it's clear that the vibe needs to be calm and fascinating.
my favs are these nautilus expeditions but honestly even one of those generic 4K TROPICAL AMAZING FISH 10-HOUR STREAM can hit.

It's not only fascinating to see ocean floor footage in HD but also listening to the marine scientists going absolutely crazy when they find something is priceless. Those people are SERIOUSLY into deep-sea creatures. Such passion!

when i need to write secrets, things i'm ashamed about, sexy sentences, or anything i don't want any eyes on (not even mine) i write as small as i possibly can. this past weekend i had a lot of floating anxieties that i committed to paper this way and free writing in this format helped offload thoughts that were making me loopy.
it looks kind of psychotic by the time i'm done a page but also kind of beautiful?
