Instead I went to a real art convention and bought prints and trinkets from real human artists and it feels really nice and I got some cool stuff. Suck it evil robot machine. I will appreciate human made art forever π₯π₯π₯

Iβve been appreciating art and artists more ever since AI started rising. It made me really curious to learn about different artists and how much time and effort they put into their work. And honestly it made me realize how UGLY AI art are!

Iβm sure in the right hands ai can be used to create stunning art. True, that art will somewhere deep down be based on other works used to train the ai, but right now I donβt think I care. People can use any tools they like to express themselves.
Every medium is used to create bad art and to create good art. Most things people make with generative ai will be bad. But those people just as easily could be taking bad photos, painting bad paintings, carving bad marble statues or anything else.
AI is going to make all kinds of things worse for everyone (unless it just flames out - read Ed Zitron about that), but creative art is the least of it.

So the difference between yuri on ice and attack on titan is pretty vast, so I'll give some reqs and also why I'm req'ing them:
Mob Psycho 100 [genre: weird]: don't get put off by the artstyle, the animation is fantastic and the characters are very very likeable. Go in blind! You won't regret it. Has little to no fanservice.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann [genre: mecha]: Ever wondered what was up with big robots? This anime has big robots. They get so big you won't even believe it. The animation is incredibly..bouncy. Fanservice/unnecessary nudity-level medium.
Kill La Kill [genre: magical girl? nudity?]: if you liked Gurren Lagann but wants more magical girls and less clothes. This one is incredibly weird in ways only anime can be. Fanservice-level extremely high but it makes a weird amount of sense within the story, I just...yeah. I have warned you.
One Punch Man [genre: superhero/shonen]: The first season is a very funny take on the superhero genre and supremely entertaining. I skipped the following seasons, you do what you want! :D Fanservice low!
The Apothecary Diaries [genre: mystery/romance]: A mystery / romance set in the court of the chinese emperor's concubines. Honestly it's mostly a medical mystery show and I thought it was very well crafted! The main character is excellent.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood [genre: adventure/shonen]: This is a longer show but it's about two brothers who know alchemy and their..alchemical adventures. It's just really good!
