Lately I've been feeling very anxious, so instead of being on my phone I've done breathing exercises in my car. I feel refreshed and weirdly grateful whenever I do it.

close your eyes and imagine a square, then breathe in and out as you imagine tracing the edges. see attached link for visual reference! very helpful breathing exercise for when you need to calm down.

I recommend a couple deep breaths right now, it wont cost you anything or take away too much time. breathing deeply reduces stress, increases blood flow and blood levels, and it’s probably the best way for the average person to catch a break from the endless chatter of the mind. Take some breaths, breathe in for a little longer than you breathe out, try to enjoy it.
