📓Sometimes you just need to go on a city walk , solo date , get dolled up and wear your best outfit , go perfume shopping grab a croissant or a yummy sweet treat it’s my therapy and I always feel happy after and I love to write in my journal about the day or write in my Substack everything I did that day with my community

❤️A wise old man once told me that every month I should take myself out on a date. To take a day to just be with myself and do something I wouldn’t do otherwise. It’s a moment of pause for self reflection, and to appreciate the beautiful gift of life.
