Since starting my chem journey 4 years ago (well once then and now)
I mean it might be common knowledge that protein makes up our genetic makeup so maybe like focusing on it actually makes you look healthy??

like yes i understand protein is extremely important for the body, but this whole discourse of needing to hit protein is getting out of hand..like why do we have artificial protein cereals and protein bars like can't we just enjoy our food without constantly considering their macros? i think we would all be a little bit happier if we did so
I know protein is kind of trendy right now but i’m telling you, eating about 100g of protein a day has changed my
life. My moods don’t swing, I sleep well, and I feel really strong and stable. It’s a noticeable change.
