I mean it might be common knowledge that protein makes up our genetic makeup so maybe like focusing on it actually makes you look healthy??

I know protein is kind of trendy right now but i’m telling you, eating about 100g of protein a day has changed my
life. My moods don’t swing, I sleep well, and I feel really strong and stable. It’s a noticeable change.
I’m far from any sort of health influencer. but man just eating some chicken breasts on the reg and I don’t feel tired at 4pm, I don’t feel cold, my hair stopped falling out...100 grams and you will feel your best it’s like magic.
