No screen time For 30 min

I wake up to my initial alarm, then immediately set another alarm for 30 minutes after that. For those 30 minutes, I can do anything I want except look at my phone. This is my first week test running this but for the few days I’ve done this I’ve had a full and productive morning and end up using my phone less in general.
10/10 would recommend
