๐I put my headphones on and just listen, and this is my favourite sound. At first it was a bit boring but I think at this point pressing play is a sign for my brain to switch into a work mode. I personally use an app called Noisli, Youtube or Spotify were annoying because of the breaks between recorgings. Now I use this even when I'm at the museum and can't focus because of the other visitors.
