👣my korean grandparents believed in relieving pain through pressure points in the feet. you gotta build up a tolerance and go on gradually longer and longer walks but once you're in the habit it feels so good. this rec does not apply if you live in fuckin new york city or something.

But you walk it because it's beautiful. Inspiring in the quirks of each house, comfortable in the way the overgrown trees make canopies over your head.
You can hear people laughing, dogs barking, and a car or two in the distance.

I bought this book months ago, tried to read it and gave up because for whatever reason, it seemed boring. Tried again yesterday and wasn’t able to put it down. It was perfectly paced and gut-wrenchingly intelligent and made me want to curl up on my couch and read it all over again.
Total masterpiece. Nolan put words together in a way I’ve never ever seen before. Please please please read this book.
