fancy tomato sandwich

get some nice sourdough, some nice heirloom tomatoes, maybe make your own mayo and add some fresh herbs, add a textural element like toasted buckwheat or sunflower seeds (or bacon for the BLT route!) i think it would be easy, cute, fresh, and charmingly seasonal!

A tomato sandwich on a hot summer day

-Beefsteak tomatoes -Russian or Japanese mayo (anything but American mayo! This is not an option!) -Sourdough, grilled in lots of olive oil -salt + pep to taste
If you’re fancy, throw some garlic confit into the mayo and weep with delight 🥹

-Don’t get wifi on planes -Look up from phone on bridges/around bodies of water -Headphones actively taken out when there are buskers, street performers, preachers -Phone fully powered off during movies -Phone stays in pocket at concert -Exchange phone number with a crush instead of Instagram  -No more than 2 cameras on a person blowing their bday candles out -If you have find my friends only use it for emergencies
No problem with cyborg behavior tho if you’re owning it
