I wish I could help but idk bc I struggle with this every time too haha. Buttt when I keep track of the fact that I’m in my luteal phase and remind myself that I’m probably just gonna have a bad time, and that I’m not the only one dealing w this, it makes it a little better. Don’t beat yourself up, take it easier than you normally do too :)
