go sit on the curb or in the grass or under a tree and try to find enjoyment in nourishing yourself! it doesn’t have to be sunny (but it helps), just being out in nature for a few minutes and not under indoor lighting all day is so healing!☀️

coming up with milestones to make aging feel less abysmal

all of my coworkers are older than me + constantly make comments like, “once you’re past 30 there’s no reason to keep track” (awesome vibes!)
ok but what if 33 is your jesus year (jesus was 33 when he was crucified on the cross; religious trauma heads rise up). what if 42 is your The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything year. THINGS CAN BE FUN
