I remember watching this video and thinking it was the edgiest, most iconic piece of media. It's just one of those videos you don't even tell your friends about because you know you were one of the few to know about it as an extended privilege of the algorithm that randomly recommended it to you. I felt the most special for knowing who these people were, specifically knowing who Drew Barrymore was. I knew if I were to ask my friends, they wouldn't know who they were. They couldn't catch up and that was enough for my 13 year old ego. Yeah, after rewatching I can conclude it is indeed the edgiest, most iconic piece of media 🚬

Cher, Christina Ricci and Winona Ryder dancing together in a scene that went triple platinum in my house. It's funny because if this is the only thing you've watched from the movie, you'd think nothing scarring, traumatizing or fucked up even happened to the children in the movie 😭. However, this scene brings me so much happiness and the song was stuck in my head ever since I saw it.

This is my favorite podcast (but it is technically a radio show). I am a spotify user and have apple music just to hear this show. Hosted by Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig and painter Jake Longstreth.
Some of their favorite topics are corporate food history (guests like CEO of Dunkin), 1970s rock music (huge Dead heads), and comparing the top 5 songs today with the top 5 from a year in another era (50s-current day).
This show is a joy and a comfort and one of the only things holding me down sometimes.
