Three is a famous number for a reason. There's inherent tension in something that cannot be divided in half. Without tension, a bow cannot launch an arrow. Even from a completely non-metaphysical perspective, it's nice to assign meaning to patterns.
God I love pho. If I had to marry a food, it would be pho. bone-in, rare brisket, tripe, the works, God bless the inventor of pho. I hope their legacy never dies.
