My friend brought me one from Japan and it’s been such a lifesaver, you can get them online too! Stuffy nose? NoseMint. Nauseous? NoseMint. I was on a 5 hour flight to New York sitting next to a man who was wearing sneakers and no socks (noticed because the Smell of it brought this fashion choice to my attention) and the NoseMint saved my damn life 💔

👃this specific nasal spray is important. cleaning out your sinuses should be as important as brushing your teeth but god only knows what happened there with whatever lobby etc. i love this thing. nothing feels better after a plane or a show… or honestly even just after dinner.

👃for some reason my allergy season is turning into an allergy year so to avoid getting ADDICTED like literally addicted to decongestants this year I’ve decided to use saline sprays instead. They don’t have that sweet sweet insta relief but I’ve been using it for a while now and it just flushes all the bad shit out your nose and stops you from feeling like you’re suffocating 🙂👍 I enjoy recommending the most boring shit on here hahaha

🤫love a good skinny cigarette, capris have been my pick as of late. i was sold on them when i asked the woman working at the smoke shop what skinny cigarette she would reccomend and she said capris because they would look good between my fingers (this was in reference to my new manicure - dark red, almond shaped). i like to save them for when im feeling like a Fancy Lady. i used to quite enjoy virginia slims as well but i haven’t been able to procure them in a while…

i was never quite the fan of alcohol that wasn’t nauseatingly sweet but i have recently discovered that i have quite the penchant for the occasional beer as well as a martini with a flavor profile that is essentially identical to straight olive juice. after recently experiencing one of the greatest, briniest, DIRTIEST! martinis of my 20-something years (attached below), i was wondering if there were other, i guess, savory alcoholic beverages that may tickle my fancy…
