getting sick in july sucks, am i feverish or is it 80 degrees outside? also actually it’s a really nice day and i would like to do something but alas i lie on the couch covered in tissues

🌀this is the last day of those mid 70s daytime temps and low 60s nighttime temps and it’s been so lovely to hunker down under All the covers at night next to my open window, or to wear a sweatshirt And pants (!) outside in the mornings to read. and to not have to sweat buckets every day when i walk around outside! oh august you’ve been good to me this year

☀️I genuinely am dying on my walks. Please……. I yearn for winter. Every morning I expect to be hit with a gust of the coolest wind. Instead, I’m met with the most humid, hot air. I really am a winter girl.

🌡i see all these cutesy wholesome posts about the days getting longer and rays of sunlight but on my side of the planet- im really dreading summers cause we don’t really have a ‘spring’ season it goes from cold to this weird transitional period where everybody gets sick to extreme heatwave.
It’s gonna be so hot and humid and i will really need air conditioning 24/7 ( sorry greta t.)

❤️i don’t want to have a “thick skin” about everything, maybe we should all just be nicer to each other. when did we come up with the concept that being sensitive is bad? i’m sensitive and i like it. the world doesn’t have to hit me and i just get back up, maybe i will cry a little bit.
