because life is more than what you do to pay bills, and no one deserves to feel unsafe and underpaid in a work place (yes i am terrified but itβs okay)
i donβt want to have a βthick skinβ about everything, maybe we should all just be nicer to each other. when did we come up with the concept that being sensitive is bad? iβm sensitive and i like it. the world doesnβt have to hit me and i just get back up, maybe i will cry a little bit.
