Take different classes, try new jobs, experience new cultures, new flavors, sports, activities, etc. You’re young and you have time, make the most of it!
i don't necessarily mean traveling to crazy places, because that can be so expensive and unaccessible. but i always feel that exploring new hobbies, connections with new people, & visiting new spots even within a small radius makes life worthwhile. as long as you are having new experiences on any scale, you are growing and opening yourself to what life has to offer. my number one priority is always the ability to explore and learn new things about myself.
Especially as a college student. You are not confined to your campus. This is not Coraline; if you start walking the world doesn't turn all white and lead you back to where you started. Get on a bus, get on the train, get on a bike, get OFF CAMPUS. EXPLORE. TAKE PICTURES. EAVESDROP ON PEOPLE. EXPERIENCE THE WORLD. If you feel safe enough, go alone, see what versions of yourself you can find hidden within the outside world.
