switching your part

tentative rec. i recently switched to a middle part after over a decade of wearing a side part. my hair hasn't fully gotten used to it and i'm not sure how i feel about it yet... but maybe it's cool. at the very least i will start balding in a different location

this is mainly for long haired people. i have an image crisis once a week and i get the impulse to cut my hair. i cure this by side parting my hair and it feels like a completely fresh change already.
it’s cutesy, it’s a throwback, it’s an understated charm

I got a buzz cut

I’ve never had my hair this short but I just had this urge to get rid of it all. It was a desire that had been building up for years and I started to feel like my long hair was like a wilted flower at the end of the summer.
Also I remember a bald friend telling me that if he had enough hair he would be experimenting with new looks all the time. So I took that to heart.
