Makes a good dip or served over rice or pasta or anything.
Chicken, corn, beans. Bell pepper, garlic, onion. Cream cheese, queso block, and ranch seasoning packets. A can of Rotel or other spiced tomatoes. Season first drop with cumin & a touch of all spice. Second drop cayenne pepper, white pepper, and adjust salt / pepper as needed.
Measurements?! Only thing I'd go by is cream cheese block per every 3 chicken breasts. The rest use your β₯οΈ
