they’re veggie-chicken dumplings and i just grate a bunch of vegetables and mix them with grated chicken: - carrot (i like using 2 small ones or 1 big one) - bok choi - ginger - one thingy of garlic - scallion - shittake mushrooms - soy sauce - rice vinegar - salt and pepper - chilli flakes - 1kg of grated chicken if you want, but i used to make them without the chicken when i was vegetarian - pre-made dumpling dough🥟🥟🥟
after cooking up the filling i just build the dumplings putting a bit more than a teaspoon in each of them and then you just fry or steam them!!!! i also freeze a lot of them and then i have food for like 2 weeks❤️❤️
so good i promise

life doesn’t have to be complicated! buy store bought wontons, pre-made broth, throw in soy sauce, shredded carrots, and spinach. i make my life even easier with jarlic (jarred minced garlic) and squinger (squeeze ginger)
it comes out delicious literally every time and is the easiest thing you’ll make all week

- Stir fry any vegetable you find in your fridge/pantry (beans add a lot of protein btw, I really like edamame and black beans in my stir fries) -> add a tortilla and guac and you'll have delicious tacos - salads, with tofu, chickpeas, nuts, etc., with dressings like tzaziki - dumplings, gyozas, wontons, pierogis, samosas, raviolis, empanadas, ... with veggie fillings - Soups and stews, which are really easy to cook, e.g. tomato soup, pumpkin soup, etc. -> curry soups or stews, especially indian curries, you'll find many vegetarian and vegan recipes online with tofu or chickpeas

- sautee as much ginger and garlic as you like in oil or fat and/or soy sauce until fragrant - put as much chicken stock (or water with bouillon etc) in as you like - mix in carrots, bok choy, whatever vegetables you want - at some point rice vinegar comes into the mix - I also love to throw pelmeni or other dumplings into every soup I make. Do that once it comes to a boil - prepare a corn starch slurry to thicken your broth. - you'll want to use something like 2 eggs per cup of broth here. Crack them in while stirring with ladle. The speed you stir with will determine how much they flower - ta-da! Egg drop soup. Kind of. It will be warm and comforting

i genuinely don’t understand the need for an “assistant“ in every app now, it reminds me of how social media apps would copy each other to death, fighting to become the most popular one. remember when ig copied snapchat stories, or threads as the new twitter, the new be-real-like feature on ig, etc…?? except it’s even worse with this. people keep tagging freaking grok everywhere for nonsense on twt, there’s meta AI in every meta app, and now idk if they made Siri function with AI tech (i looked it up and there wasn’t a definite answer, but if anyone knows please tell me!!!). my obvious biggest concern is the environment, while the rise of anti-intellectualism is also at bay. i’m also tired of my university profs pushing AI onto me in an effort of trying to seem more modern. genuinely, i don’t think there’s anything that pisses me off more than chatgpt.
