I went on a boat trip a few days ago to see some seals and it was incredible there were some new born seals as well it was so incredible to see them in person. I love seals so much!

Shoutout to the men who devote their lives to trapping these adorable little cocksuckers who can’t help but get their necks wrapped in fishing wire. It’s really sweet when they bark in confused anger at first but then are stunned into silence once freed.

This is my new favourite kind of crochet project. It's great for using up small balls of yarn/scraps and they can be relatively quick projects if you keep them small (the apple one is 17x47, the bow one is 20x20, the swan one is 24x27 stitches) so if you get bored with projects quickly it's a good choice. There are so many different grids you can find I get mine off Pinterest. Since my pieces are very small I think I'm going to sew them all together plus more to create a pillow case, but there are so many other things you can with with this technique like framing them or using this style of colour work in a larger piece like a jumper.
