Tech companies love to boast when they raise a round, be it on LinkedIn or on websites like Tech Crunch, Fast Company, Inc 500, etc etc etc. specially in these times when fewer companies are raising money. Often times you’ll see this translate almost immediately to increased hiring.
That’s my very general suggestion, but DM me if you happen to be looking in the support/success/operations space and I’ll have much more specific suggestions for you!

@CHLOE_ granted things are changing so much with AI, but an entry level customer service job is generally the best way to step into a tech company (remote jobs in this space are ridiculously competitive rn, like I get thousands of apps within days, so recommend prioritizing companies local to you if you’re going this route). Generally, support people come from all different types of backgrounds so hiring is more open for these types of roles and then you get a bird’s eye view of a company and can start to understand the areas that you’re most interested in.

it’s not delusional or ego inflating, it’s not creepy or stalkerish, but I’m a good internet sleuth and try to search for the company name + “recruiter” or “talent” and show genuine interest + how I am relevant to them, it’s how I got my last gig
