I kid you not I was listening to this random band (The Fiery Furnaces) after finding their song “Here Comes The Summer” on a spotify playlis. Then, I play the whole album AND I HEAR THIS INSANE STORY literally hearing this song/story thing almost beat “The Gift” by The Velvet Underground OUT OF HOW FLABBERGASTED I WAS ABOUT THE ENDING anyways I can go ON AND ON ABT THIS

😃Severs your ties from whoever it is your trying to move on from
A very simple ritual, make 2 paper dolls, write your name of one and the name of the other person on the other, if you want to go above and beyond you can draw on them to make them resemble the people more, then take a string and tie them together get some scissors, take a second to focus and visualize the cord representing your energetic ties to this other person, all the emotions tied into that, anything else you feel is significant in that moment, then take the scissors, cut the string, and see all of it vanishing with the cutting of the cord Then go on about your day and enjoy your freedom
