i knowwwww everyone has been supporting the sulfate-free grind, but i stg these are the only shampoos that actually clean my hair. the water is way too hard and musty in arizona for me to forego a powerful and effective cleansing agent.

🦦Admittedly the first few weeks suck but then you’re free from the shackles of sulfates. Conditioner has cleansing properties, I think, so just use that instead! Big Shampoo is a scam!

most big brand shampoos have harmful chemicals that dry out your hair and scalp, then coat your hairs in silicone which is really not good. I got off shampoo a month ago, and my hair is almost never oily, never smells, and always looks really nice and not poofy.
I also only wash my hair every three or four days. with water only.
Yeah this sounds pretty gross looking back at it. I swear it's not.

I’ve tried so many different shampoos over the years from high to low end and for a while I tried to only use shampoos that didn’t have certain toxic ingredients but it made my hair look like shit. Finally I returned to my OLD FAITHFUL, Kirkland Signature shampoo (I use the conditioner too in between hair masks)!!! It gets my hair nice and clean without damaging it/drying it out or making it weird and oily, it smells like frosting (many will hate this), it used to be said that it was a dupe for Purology, and it’s sooo cheap and comes in such large bottles that I don’t try to get my money’s worth out of it and make it last a long time. Big fan I’ve been using it again for a couple of months now

🐺even if shit continues to hit the fan, pretty much everyone ends up exactly where they’re supposed to be. you will find a place to live, a job, a lover, friends, etc. just keep going and it will be ok.
