Go for a walk, hang out with your friends, watch a movie, read a book (very important), go eat at a nice restaurant by yourself. Then when you feel you're ready, jump back in feet first. It might feel like you're procrastinating at first, but in my experience even if it didn't necessarily help all that much it certainly didn't hurt any. Godspeed !

Pack a lunch (save time+money) Go away from your work (outside, your car, next door, whatever you have available to actually get a real break from work) Audiobook, reading, podcasts, watch movies/shows in pieces, "micro" workouts, learn something (crochet, coding, new language, whatever)
Also, 10 minutes of meditation is all it takes to start seeing the benefits
