@HAILEYD4WN something i learned: the reason why most LED headlights are bright af is because there are still reflectors in the headlights, which you do not need if you have LED lights. the reflectors are mainly to make incandescent headlights brighter, which older cars have but most modern cars do not. you could see about getting the reflectors in your headlights removed. also, truck drivers are supposed to have their headlights angled slightly downward towards the road, which would also mitigate blinding others, but most truck drivers are just red neck cosplayers who dont know shit about trucks lol
i might be wrong about all of this tho! just something i learned from my spouse who grew up in fake red neck country
