Apparently I'm O- so I'm a universal donor! It made me feel special and I immediately signed up to donate. Maybe I'll fall in love with my phlebotomist like last time...

@JOSH_EXE I donated blood and my type was listed on the red cross website. but the easiest way is to ask your doctor.

@JOSH_EXE hi! So if you want to do a legit blood typing, you can ask your doctor! You can also do just the front type (quite accurate) by pricking your finger and using an Amazon blood typing kit. We used to use these at little blood typing events when I was in college.😊 If you don’t feel like going to the doctor, it’s easy!!

Donating Blood
way easier than you think and very cool to potentially help save the life of a complete stranger. good karma (plus free juice and snack hack).
also feels like a good ritual to feel connected to the realities of your mortal human body. forced to me to take my vitamins and eat my greens before my appointment bc i was eager to pass my iron levels test (i did 💪🥬)

ADOPTING A CAT!
Everybody meet Tomato! (government name: Chloe) She is a very very shy but sweet little lady who is one year old. I already feel like we're kindred spirits because we both take a while to warm to people. She is currently sitting comfortably with the dust bunnies under my bed.
