aka netflixâs GLOW, a fictional dramedy following the production of a fictional womenâs wrestling program during the WWF heyday with the likes of Hulk Hogan (who gratefully only appears in archival footage, not as a character)
Alison Brie and Betty Gilpin are phenomenal, and would probably be worth watching even if the rest of the show didnât deliver at all (which it does!)
this probably isn't going to be anyoneâs idea of âprestige tv,â but itâs a funny program with some very compelling choreography, a diverse cast packed w talented women, and everyoneâs favorite grubby looking curmudgeon, Marc Maron
