Believe it or not we have had our greatest comp sci and graphic design people working on creating a UI that old people can understand for the last 20 yearsand they all quit and concluded it was impossible
i still use them :) i felt so changed when i learned about them in 8th grade. “-” when i wanted to omit something from the results? blew my mind. google has been going steadily downhill yeah but like i think if people knew how to use these techniques and they still taught decent tech literacy in schools, they wouldn’t turn to more unreliable and unethical things like chatgpt as much. (google is by no means an ethical company to me, don't get it twisted).
It's kind of an inside lore for my siblings and I who create story comics on Flipnote Studio. We made comics on FS and pretend they're either a film or a TV show. We moved far from FS and we made comics on Google Slides, doing the same thing with the flipnotes.
even crazier experience is just digital photography, on this tiny, glass brick in my pocket!!!! you mean i get to zoom in, see what i’m taking a picture of, take the picture, and see it all in a matter of seconds????
