Might sound like the most obvious thing in the world but over the past month iโve attempted to get as much sleep as possible and itโs changed my life. I thought i could run on 6 hours. I can not. Sometimes youโre an 8 hour person. You need to own that. I am happier, quicker, more positive. Yeah maybe I am missing out on anything cool happening between the hours of 10:30pm and 6:30am midweek. But who cares!!! I am rested!
